Overview
The Goal
Clear Vision brings a five-star, hospitality-led experience to a trade most people associate with rushed, corner-cutting service. They wanted a brand and website that matched the calibre of the luxury homes his team looks after across Brighton, Hampton, Toorak, Portsea, and the wider Mornington Peninsula. The site had to feel calm, considered, and genuinely premium, and make booking feel like arranging a service rather than chasing a quote.
The Challenge
Window cleaning is a crowded, price-driven market where most competitors look and sound identical. The job was to build a brand with enough restraint and polish to justify premium pricing, then carry that feeling through every page without tipping into cold or corporate. Operationally, Dalton needed enquiries handled instantly. A premium prospect who fills in a form expects a fast, personal reply, so the website had to do more than collect leads. It needed to trigger a structured follow-up the second someone reached out.
The Result
We launched Clear Vision with a full brand identity built around The White Glove Standard, a custom Framer site spanning homepage, services, packages, and about pages, and a lead-automation system that detects each new enquiry, classifies it, sends an instant SMS, and runs a three-step follow-up. The brand now matches the quality of the service, and the team has a front of house that never lets an enquiry go cold, across luxury residential, hospitality, and body-corporate work.
